Dr. Giachino, Jr., earned his BS from Boston College, his MS from S.U.N.Y at Buffalo and his MD from Howard University College of Medicine. He completed his Plastic Surgery training at the prestigious Lahey Clinic in Boston, Mass. Dr. Giachino and his father, Dr. Juan Giachino, Sr., are principals in Plastic Surgery Associates where they offer the latest advances in cosmetic as well as reconstructive surgery.

Director of Operations
Chel brings to TrueGlo MedSpa over 19 years of experience
in the aesthetic industry. She is a dynamic, top performing professional
with a creative spirit. Chel owned and operated a day spa for eight years
and has been a licensed Massage Therapist for over 15 years. Additionally,
she has a successful, extensive and varied background including real estate,
fashion design, wholesale and retail marketing and film and television
production. She oversees the management of the medspa and facilitates
all daily operations. Her responsibilities include employment and supervision
of the staff, budget analysis, public relations, quality care, marketing
and advertising, and supply and control.
Chel is committed to bringing you the finest aesthetic medical services
in a relaxing spa environment, to promote timeless natural beauty and
to help you achieve the TrueGlo you deserve. Chel is a native of Palm
Beach County and loves the sunshine state. She currently resides in Jupiter
with her husband, dogs & bunnies.
Jill Groneck
Spa Manager, Medical Esthetician
Jill is our newest staff member to TrueGlo MedSpa. Jill directly supports Chel in daily operations, with emphasis on our client's and staff needs. As a former salon & spa owner, Jill brings over 16 years of experience to TrueGlo. She has been a Licensed Aesthetician since 2003, a Yoga Instructor since 2004, and Massage Therapist since 1995.
She has practiced in California, South Carolina, Pennsylvania
and Florida. As a former manager for an international skin care company,
she has extensive knowledge of product ingredients, as well as sales and
management. Jill is very passionate regarding her work. Her main objective
is to help clients feel healthy, both mentally and physically, in a positive,
relaxing and professional environment.
Kristy Levin
Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, MSN
Kristy is a Florida native, completing her Bachelor of Science degree
as a registered nurse in 1996 at The Florida State University. She then
received her Master’s in Science and Nursing, as an Advanced Registered
Nurse Practitioner from The University of Florida in 2002, working in
women’s health care. Kristy was very interested in aesthetics and
after training and certification began practicing in this field in 2007
focusing on administration of Botox®, facial fillers, laser hair removal,
laser vein treatments, and IPL (Intense Pulsed Light laser skin rejuvenation).
She loves the career path that she has chosen and looks
forward to helping you achieve the exact look you are trying to accomplish.
She believes in complementing your own features as to create a natural
look that you will love.
Joyce Balevic
Medical Esthetician
Originally from the Ocean State, Joyce brings over 25 years of aesthetic experience to TrueGlo. Joyce is licensed in Florida, Rhode Island, and North Carolina and is considered to be an expert in facial rejuvenation. She has worked extensively in dermatology and utilizes state of the art techniques that include glycolic acid, TCA, and other chemical peels along with Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning, and Ultra Sonic treatments. Joyce provides patients with education on products procedures, techniques, and skin care counseling.
Jane Schaas
Spa
Coordinator
Prior to joining TrueGlo MedSpa, Jane was employed by Leisegang Medical, a manufacturer of women’s healthcare products. She held several positions over her 13-year tenure at the company, including International Sales Manager of their Surgical Products Division. Jane is originally from Pennsylvania and has lived in Florida for over 25 years. She currently resides in Jupiter.
A graduate of Robert Morris Community College in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania, she also attended Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida, and has a license in Real Estate.
Gwen Pitcairn
Spa Coordinator
Gwen is a recent graduate from Palm Beach State College where she received an Associate of Science Degree in Health Information Management, along with a degree in Medical Billing and Coding. Gwen is a current member of AHIMA and has earned her Certified Coding Associate Credential. Her previous careers include international flight attendant and professional dancer and ballet instructor.
Gwen has lived in the Tequesta area for over 25 years.
